Emily Bonebrake

BS Student

Pronouns: she/her/hers

I am in my junior year of obtaining a BS in Wildlife Ecology and Management with a minor in Geographic Information Systems. For my research, I am estimating the density and distribution of cattle across two grazing allotments in Spanish Fork, UT using wildlife cameras. The livestock’s aggregation across the landscape will be predicted based on three environmental covariates: vegetation cover, distance from water, and elevation.

Outside of schoolwork and research, you can find me hiking, paddle boarding, hammocking, or watching a good TV show or movie if there is snow on the ground. I am also an active member of The Wildlife Society where I help connect students to wildlife-related opportunities through club activities. I also have a personal goal to travel to all 50 states by the time I turn age 50.
